DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMISED ITEMS OR PERSONALISATION REQUESTS?

*CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ORDERS ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED*

I love creating personalised items! If you have a custom request, for example, you would like a particular design embroidered onto a tote bag, please send in your request via our custom order form or simply send me a message on Instagram

Kindly note, this service will be limited, depending on the amount of commissions/requests I have taken in at that moment in time.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?

Prices will mainly depend on the amount of labour hours, size of the project and material cost required to complete a custom order. If you would like a quote, please email me at contact@madebymestudio.co with your idea/s and we can discuss all details of your order to get an accurate price. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CUSTOM ORDER TO BE MADE?

Since all pieces are hand-embroidered and/or hand-sewn by me, for any 'custom made' or 'pre-order' items, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment (from date of purchase). If this timeframe differs, I will be sure to inform you as soon as possible.

HOW DO YOU TAKE PAYMENTS?

We take debit/credit card payments via Stripe if you purchase an item/s directly from our website.

For custom requests, we will send you a separate invoice which will have payment transfer options.
