WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME?
All items, except for 'custom made' and 'pre-order' items, will be made 'Ready To Ship' within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. From there, please allow between 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered via standard shipping.
WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?
All orders are delivered via Australia Post. We use Standard Postage and also offer Express Postage (price will be calculated in cart). All packages will have a tracking number and notifications sent directly to you.
HOW MUCH DOES POSTAGE COST?
The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we do!
Embroidery kits and Finished Hoops will be shipped within 1-3 business days of order date. As we want to ensure all packages arrive safely to all our important customers, international orders are shipped via International Standard Australia Post with tracking notifications. Please allow 15-20 business days for Standard International delivery.
International Express shipping is also available with a 7-15 business day delivery timeframe.
