DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

At Made By Me Studio, we will gladly offer refunds or exchanges if an item is faulty or damaged. Please send us an email at contact@madebymestudio.co within 7 days from delivery date. 

We do not, however, offer any returns for ‘change of mind’.

Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the item/s are unused and in the same condition as they were when delivered.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

If your package is lost during shipment, please contact us at contact@madebymestudio.co and we will do our best to offer you a solution.

REASONS FOR NOT ACCEPTING REFUNDS/EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we will not accept refunds or exchanges for the following items due to their nature:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale
